PRINTS PLEASE! Introducing Spring Summer 2012 from designer Gaetano Navarra. This collection features tons of bold prints, and lots of texture via leather and lace. I love this collection for many reasons, but mainly because it is vibrant without being too loud. And while it balances on the edge of playful and elegant, this particular collection is definitely not for the fashion wall flower.
Gaetano got an early start in the industry, via his family's knitwear company. In 1986, he launched his first knitwear collection in Bologna, and in 1991, caught the attention of international fashion press when he was featured in Milano Collezioni. AND TODAY, he dazzles us with stuff like this. Good show Gaetano!
