So... last night I got to meet the fabulous, animal loving, Stella McCartney wearing, Rock and Roll Hall of Famer, and all around bad ass, Chrissie Hynde! What an inspirational woman! She's so forthright and genuine about her music and about who she is. And there's something about that unaffected voice of hers that can reveal so much vulnerability and strength at the same time. I'm sorry. I'm raving. She's super fucking cool. Let's leave it at that.
Chrissie collaborated with Welsh producer JP Jones to create her first ever solo album due out (according to Chrissie) "sometime this year." Word of advice: Keep your eyes and ears out for this. It's bound to be amazing.
